Our sustainable practices include providing green mixes that may result in LEED points for your project; cleaning our chutes with the state of the art EnviroGuard washout system on the jobsite; washing our fleet into a reclaimer here at the plant; and using a state-of-the-art stormwater system. We also take steps to ensure optimal air quality control.
EnviroGuard Washout System
100% of our fleet of mixer trucks are equipped with and use the EnviroGuard washout system. Use of this system reclaims slurry water during the wash-down process and prevents it from being discharged on the ground at the job site.
BIBKO Recycling System
Our batch plant is equipped with a state of the art BIBKO recycling system which is designed to reclaim all leftover concrete from a mixer truck at the end of the day. The BIBKO is also equipped with a concrete pump washout system. This system reclaims sand and gravel from what is left in the mixer trucks and pump trucks as well as separates the cement into a slurry water which is contained in a agitator pit onsite until it is trucked off site for proper disposal.
